Daybreak started with something small but meaningful: a Christmas gift. What began as tasting together at the kitchen table grew into a passion for flavor, craftsmanship, and creation.
Without any grand plans, but with a strong desire to create something authentic, our first gin was born. Pure, balanced, and full of character. The name Daybreak refers to that magical moment just before sunrise—fresh, quiet, and full of promise. We try to capture that feeling in every bottle.

Our signature gin is a fresh and surprising creation that combines classic gin traditions with a unique taste experience. The unexpected but perfectly balanced combination of paprika and mango gives it a distinctive character.
The ripe mango brings a soft, tropical sweetness, while the paprika adds a subtle spiciness and warm depth. With an alcohol content of 38% and a generous 700 ml bottle, Daybreak Gin is the ideal choice for those looking for something new and refined.
Nautic Drift – Limited Edition Whiskey
In addition to gin, we also create unique whiskeys, such as Nautic Drift. This limited edition whiskey (500 ml, 42% ABV) is the result of a special collaboration between master distillers and the creative collective Studio Zeewier.
Nautic Drift offers a powerful yet refined taste experience, with subtle saltiness, floral notes, and a hint of seaweed—a nod to the sea. Each bottle is an ode to the waves, the wind, and freedom, packaged in a stylish design that is both tasteful and collectible.
