Paid parking
Paid parking is in effect all year round, including Sundays and public holidays. Between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday, a ticket must be purchased from one of the parking meters.
Parking for people with a disability
In Bredene, holders of a disabled parking badge are exempt from paid parking and displaying a parking disc (both in blue zones and in pay-and-display car parks). The disabled badge must be displayed in a clearly visible location on the inside of the windscreen.
Parking in the blue zone
Within a certain time frame, parking discs allow free parking in "blue zones." Blue zones are always indicated by a combination of the usual traffic signs and the parking disc symbol.
Parking permit
People who frequently park their car in a pay-and-display zone can request a parking permit. With a parking permit, you can park validly in all areas controlled by parking machines. Parking permits are fully digital, and paper permits are no longer issued.
Payment methods for parking
Park easily in Bredene: pay via the 4411 or EasyPark app, by text message, or at the parking meter.
